- Remember, The ObamaCare passed by the Senate takes away your right to choice and forces you to buy healthcare.
- It would create a federal medical data bank on every American.
- To make that data bank more “efficient” one section of the bill calls for a readable chip inserted under your skin (which contains your records).
- That database will be used by other federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) to troll the health records of gun owners. Those records could be used as an excuse to take away guns from tens of millions of Americans.
- The bill is jam-packed with billions of dollars of bribes (pork) to buy the votes of sleazy senators.
- The bill would tax your personal health plan – similar to the Alternative Minimum Tax, which will soon grow to impose a 40% tax on EVERYONE.
- The bill will force Americans to buy expensive insurance which they can’t afford.
- The bill will increase insurance premiums by 10% to 13%.
- The bill will increase the federal deficit by hall a trillion dollars, when the accounting tricks are discounted.
- The bill will cause a shortage of qualified doctors as it dictates quotas to medical schools. No longer will the schools be able to accept only the best and the brightest, now they will have to meet quotas requiring them to accept less desirable applicants.
- The bill will force rationing of healthcare, limiting care and specialist choices, especially to the elderly.

- The Revolution is Gathering
- Obama’s poll numbers have dropped faster and farther than any president in poll-taking history. Americans have expressed overwhelming opposition to his health care “reform” – only 24% think health care will get better under Obama’s plan, 54% believe it will get worse. Americans are firmly against the policy. Still, Obama and Reid continue to push it against our will. That is helping to build the revolution.
- A clear majority of the country is now opposed to almost all of the Obama program, including opposition to more stimulus packages, bailouts, deficits, and his “blame America first” foreign policy. Yet Pelosi and Reid continue to move the agenda forward. That is helping to build the revolution.
- Rep. Lynn Westmoreland of Georgia and head of the National Republican Congressional Committee, says new candidates to run for Republican seats are coming out of the woodwork. “We’ve got people calling from all over the country, saying, ‘I want to run. People are concerned about the direction of the country,” he said. Republican primary races are becoming crowded events, as excitement builds. And these new candidates aren’t professional politicians – they are true grassroots, everyday people who run businesses, farms, and households. The revolution is building among everyday Americans.
- In the past, it was almost impossible for regular folks without party connections and endorsements to raise money for political campaigns. Either they were approved by party leadership or they were tossed by the wayside. Not so today. Ron Paul’s campaign created the Internet “money bomb.” That’s how he was able to raise more money than any other Republican primary candidate last year. Today, that strategy is being used for congressional and gubernatorial candidates and it is making TEA Party-backed candidates much more viable and competitive, changing the face of campaigns, forcing the Republican Party to rethink who it is backing, causing a sea change in who may be elected to office. The revolution is growing across party lines.
- Senator Harry Reid is in the race of his life and could well be defeated this year. In at least seven states – Connecticut, Nevada (Harry Reid), Ohio, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, North Dakota and Colorado – the Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate is trailing the Republican. As a result, several Democrats have dropped out of the race, including Connecticut’s Senator Christopher Dodd and North Dakota’s Senator Byron Dorgan, leaving their seats up for grabs. In those states, Obama’s popularity has dropped below the percentage of votes he drew in 2008, and opposition to the health-care-reform bill is deep and wide. Feeling the heat of the revolution
- Cap and Trade is a dead issue and cannot be passed in this Congress. The Copenhagen Climate Change Summit was a disaster and nothing will come of it. Global Warming is dead as an issue and almost the entire Obama agenda is based on it. Radical environmentalists are falling under the revolution.
- If healthcare “reform” fails to pass Congress – Democrats will abandon Obama, viewing him as a danger to their futures — and his Administration will cease to be a force. The rats are the first to desert the ship in the revolution.
- There is good indication that healthcare, though passed by both houses, will still not pass the full congress, and if it does, it will be so watered down that it will have little meaning. Obama will still grasp it like a drowning man trying to hold onto anything and call it a victory. Futile symbolism in the revolution.
- If healthcare does pass, it will be the political death warrant for the bunch of them. First indication that the revolution has taken hold.

ACTION ALERT
The headline in today’s Washington Times read: “Democrats shelve health care overhaul.” Do not believe this from Pelosi and company. It is an effort to make you leave the battlefield.
Do not let down your guard in fighting the health care scheme. Pelosi, Reid and Obama hope you do. They are trying to hide their continuing efforts to pass it, while telling the media that they haven’t got enough votes – making the public think it is dead.
Here is what is going on behind the scenes:
Pelosi is trying to get the House of Representatives to pass the Senate version of ObamaCare – verbatim – so that the bill goes straight to Obama’s desk for signing. That way the Dems won’t have to worry about breaking another filibuster.
Meanwhile, also in the back rooms, Republicans are trying to find a way to pass a “better” bill. That is a euphemism for “ObamaCare lite.” It’s all bad.
As Pelosi works to pass the Senate version, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is twisting arms, trying to get some Republicans to come on board, offering a “lite’ version in case another vote is necessary.
The weakest links are Senators Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Charles Grassley (R-IA), Susan Collins R-Me), Michael Enzi (R-WY), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), and Bob Corker (R-TN). Some have already tried to make deals to “get something” passed. Corker has offered his own bill.
There is no possible healthcare solution that includes government involvement. Medicare and Medicaid are prime examples of what happens when government gets involved – disaster –rationed health care.
We must not let Pelosi and Reid succeed. We must keep massive pressure on the Congress to make them do what the overwhelming number of Americans want – KILL OBAMACARE!
Action to take:
We are on the verge of a great victory in stopping Obamacare. Now is not the time to pull back – now is the time to charge – pound a very large railroad spike in Obamacare’s coffin! Call everyday with this message.

Many politicians are asking the question today: “Why are the American People so angry?” The following may lend a clue to the clueless.
According to the annual “Index on Economic Freedom,” produced by the Heritage Foundation, the United States now ranks 8th, just behind Canada. That’s a drop of two full points since last year, and the largest drop of all nations in overall economic freedom. .
The index ranking is based on 10 measures of economic openness, regulatory efficiency, the rule of law, and competitiveness. The basic principles of economic freedom emphasized in the index are individual empowerment, equitable treatment and the promotion of competition.
According to the Heritage Index, the U.S. lost ground in seven of the ten categories. Losses were particularly significant in the areas of financial and monetary freedom and property rights. Driving it all were the massive bailouts, government intervention in such things are the auto and banking industries, and runaway environmental protection policies.
While the United States is among the “most declined” nations, Mexico ranks among the “most improved.” The United States was once the bastion of economic and personal freedom for its citizens, making it the wealthiest economy and the highest standard of living in the world. Today, it has chosen to abandon that model of freedom, instead seeking economic security through government programs and controls.
As a result, our nation stands on the edge of economic collapse; more than 10% of our people are out of work; costs are skyrocketing, and goods and services are becoming harder to come by.
Socialism does not work. It robs the fruits of labor from one citizen to fill the pockets of another. It kills incentive. It demoralizes industrious people. And it leads to misery. Socialism combined with Fascist Corporatism (as in the current trend toward Public/Private Partnerships) creates government-sanctioned monopolies, giving the corporations the reins of power over government at the expense of the people. That is the model America has now chosen to follow.
The United States is on a path to destruction. In one year it’s dropped two more points toward totalitarianism. The people feel the pain and are furious about it. And yet, the Obama Administration still thinks the anger and protests are just false products of the Republicans and Fox News. Astonishing.

It is becoming more and more obvious that the Democrat leadership, from Obama, to Pelosi to Reid, have absolutely no clue about the strength of the growing opposition to their big government agenda. They still think the TEA Party movement is the brainchild of the Republican Party and that TEA Party leaders are just paid Republican lackeys.
Even after the dramatic and shocking win by Scott Brown in Massachusetts, where Republicans number only 12 percent of registered voters, Democrats continue to make excuses about the inept campaign run by Coakley, saying her defeat had nothing to do with opposition to the Democrats; health care mess. That’s amazing, considering Brown rallied voters time and again by shouting, “I am the 41st vote against health care,” resulting in a surge of supporters (especially independents).
Even today, the Democrats are in denial, determined to continue to work to impose Obama’s radical agenda, believing in their delusional world that the American people are going to give them a hero’s welcome for “sticking to their guns.”
How wrong they are. Beyond the Brown win, here are just a few details that indicate the upheaval that is building across the nation:
And still, Obama, Pelosi, and Reid laugh at the TEA Party movement. As Gandhi said, “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then we win.” Keep laughing guys. The second American Revolution has begun.

In recent years Americans have become more and more alarmed at the lack of adherence to the U.S. Constitution exercised by Congress and other elected representatives. The list of violations has grown large indeed.
Some have tried to fight the violations through the election process, attempting to remove those representatives who have perpetrated them. Others have tried to fight infringing legislation as it is introduced. Still others have fought in the courts, attempting to defend liberties in front of judges who have sworn to uphold the Constitution.
To date, little has worked as many elected representatives and court rooms openly defy the Constitution, calling it antiquated. Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court announce that they now look to international law for precedence and guidance, rather than the Constitution. Government at all levels is growing ever further from the reach of the people. In such a growing desperate situation is it possible to restore the Republic to the vision of the Founding Fathers?
On November 11, 2009 116 delegates from 48 states gathered at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL to see if they could bring together a plan to restore the Republic and reign in our runaway government. The event was the Continental Congress 2009 and was the brainchild of Robert Schulz, President of the We The People Foundation.
Throughout 2009, Schulz traveled the nation speaking out on the need for the People to take action to restore the Republic, citing in each case that “the Constitution cannot defend itself.” As he explained it, “for 14 years, the People, through various means, have exhausted their administrative and judicial remedies – for example, the People have used their First Amendment Right “to petition the Government for a ‘Redress of Grievances,’ and have received no legitimate response from either the Judicial, Congressional or Executive branches.”
That action that Schulz envisioned was taken directly from the history of the nation, specifically the actions taken by our nation’s founders in 1774 when they were faced with a similar government that refused to listen. Then they called a Continental Congress with delegates representing the 13 Colonies. And so, just as in 1774, Continental Congress 2009 was called, with delegates elected by popular vote in each state. Their purpose was to review the Government’s violations of the Constitution and come up with a workable plan to fix it.
For ten solid days the delegates met, debated and worked in committees until the wee hours of the night to review the Government’s violations of fourteen of our Constitutionally guaranteed rights. Each matter was then referred to a sub-committee that was charged with recommending “Remedial instructions” to federal officials and to each of the several States, and Civic Actions for the People of the nation to take to assure elected representatives follow through with their instructions. I was privileged to have been elected as the first delegate from Virginia. I was also honored to address the Congress on issues such as the North American Union and to serve on the Property Rights Committee.
The final document produced by the Continental Congress, containing all of the reviews of violations, instructions to Congress and state legislature and the civil actions have been tied into one document called the “Articles of Freedom.” Schulz summed up the work of the Continental Congress 2009, saying, “The Articles of Freedom demonstrate that we are in our Republic’s 11th hour. It is undeniable that the leaders and members of each branch of the federal Government have failed to uphold their oaths of office, are ignoring the Constitution, committing acts far outside the law, and when petitioned for redress by the People they refuse to respond.”
What happens now to the tireless efforts of delegates? The work has only just begun, as each member of Congress and each state legislature will be personally presented with a copy of the Articles of Freedom as the demands of the People. It is, of course, expected that most officials will again ignore the documents.
That’s why the most important work will be to get the Articles of Freedom into the hands of millions of Americans across the nation, asking them to join the effort to bring pressure on Congress for action. The Continental Congress 2009 intends to enjoin a critical mass of at least 15million Americans to sign the Articles of Freedom. The documents will be used to give the TEA Party rallies a specific goal. Candidates for office, hoping to gain the support of the recharged freedom movement will be asked to sign the Articles of Freedom as their pledge to uphold the Constitution if elected.
If we Americans don’t claim and exercise our right to hold our servant government accountable, then each of our natural, un-alienable, individual rights will atrophy and die. Indeed, this process is well underway.
The documents and more details may be seen at the website www.cc2009.us. They will also soon be brought to your community through rallies, public meetings and into your mailbox as part of a direct mail campaign. All are planned as part of the effort to build the critical mass of Americans necessary to make these documents historic, effective and powerful.
It is vital that every freedom-loving American take the same action as our Founders, to sign and support the Articles of Freedom and demand that our elected representatives take the actions outlined in these historic documents.
The Articles of Freedom establish the pathway back to Constitutional governance. It is time to instruct our servants on how to remedy what we have allowed them to ruin.
