Legislation Supporting Agenda 21:
– Agenda21 – Wildlands Plan is in full swing in California – 42 Roads to close in El Dorado National Forest (http://ppjg.me/2012/04/07/agenda-21-california/)
– The California Senate has passed bill 21 – 16 that implements the financing for a high speed rail line across the Central Valley. The new law will require selling $4.5 in bonds to build this railway. They will also receive $3.2 billion in federal government stimulus. – SB 375 requires ARB “to develop regional greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for passenger vehicles.” (http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/sb375/sb375.htm)
– HR 501 will force Agenda 21 on US Coastal areas. (Current Status: Referred to Committee)

– Prop. 31: Page 9 – Item 3 you will see the reference to 3 E’s (UN Agenda21 Economy, Equity and Environment); this will now be the measure of performance and accountability.
– Prop. 31: Page 12 thru end – Calls for the Amendment of the Calif. State Constitution to add Community Strategic Action Plans and creation of a Totalitarian Council that include the 3 E’s. Prop 31 also stresses “regionalism” as opposed to local governance.
