Advisory To President Trump on HUD’s AFFH

I know you are watching the shocking and absolutely viscous daily attacks on President Trump. He has to defend himself constantly for every move he makes. How can he focus? How can he make any progress? Or, in other words, When you’re up to your neck in alligators it’s difficult to remind yourself that your mission was to drain the swamp!      That’s what is happening to a great number of the promises President Trump made during the campaign. I certainly can’t blame him. But, there is something you and I can do! He needs to hear from you and me. We need to send him a powerful message that breaks through the attacks by the Left. That’s why it’s urgent that you send your Advisory to President Trump! Let me explain. Right now the federal agency of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is enforcing a program called Affirmatively Furthering Fair ...

This happens if Trump fails to rein in HUD

If you want to know what will happen to your hometown if Trump allows the Department of Housing and Urban Development to continue its devastating control of local rule, look at Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. It is the latest community to surrender to HUD’s aggressive tactics. Much of the chaos we see in America today is designed to stop President Trump from dismantling the federal system of rampant waste, dishonesty, and bullying.  The largest “swamp” he must drain, is the embedded federal bureaucracy. In theory, at least, we can “fire” politicians every 2, 4, and 6 years.  But federal agency employees can linger for decades, beneath the radar, issuing guidance documents on little understood regulations that are now devastating our communities and property rights. That is why the administration must work closely with Congress to pass the House and Senate bills, titled, the “Local Zoning Decisions Protection Act of 2017”.   Once signed by ...

The Not So Cold War of Urban Renewal and Social Engineering

APC Vice President Kathleen Marquardt has written of the most important articles yet produced describing sustainable development and its radical origins. This is important research. Your local Officials need this background as they are forced to deal with planners and NGOs. Please share widely. Tom DeWeese Tom has been telling you all the latest with AFFH, HUD, DOT, and the rest of the swamp. That is, the recent part of the swamp that is our federal government. But the swamp is far deeper, far murkier, and far more sinister in its aims than most people are willing to believe. And it is being promoted by the Pope, Mark Zuckerberg, the UN, and the world’s elite. I am trying to keep this somewhat short, but there is so much background that needs to be exposed to the light of day. If you can’t read it all, scan it; things will pop ...

STOP AFFH: Get S.103 to Trump’s Desk

I have a vital update for you on our battle to stop the HUD assault on private property. Senator Mike Lee of Utah has just introduced a new bill to stop the AFFH Rule. This bill MUST be passed in Congress! That’s why it’s URGENT that you sign the attached petition to Senator Mike Lee right now! Let me explain: Last year, the federal agency - Housing and Urban Development (HUD) began enforcing the “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule,” (AFFH). This was Barack Obama’s most radical assault on American private property rights and locally elected governments. It’s actually worse than Obamacare! The AFFH Rule is designed to destroy your property RIGHTS. The AFFH Rule will destroy your property VALUES. The AFFH Rule will destroy whole neighborhoods. And the AFFH Rule will virtually erase the very concept of local rule by the people you have elected to run your city and ...

Five Actions Ben Carson Must Take to Control HUD’s Tyranny

After twenty four years of a relentless drive for centralized government power through Clinton, Bush and Obama, finally there is a chance to roll back some of the destruction to our Republic.  Donald Trump has an historic opportunity to fulfill his promise to “drain the swamp,” meaning getting rid of the corruption, the power grabs, and the disregard for Constitutional law. It’s vital to understand that federal agencies are basically operating without oversight, free to create thousands of rules and regulations that become the force of law. These rules come complete with threats of legal action and intimidation. Much of this enforcement is done behind the scenes, away from the public eye. But the result can destroy property, business, and lives. To take effective action against this situation and fulfill on his promise, President Trumps must set a very specific priority for federal policy: 1. Assure the complete protection of ...

Social Engineering through Smart Growth and HUD

What is social engineering? According to Social Engineering.org, it is influence, manipulation, elicitation, info gathering, psychology, science, profiling, communications modeling, facial expressions, body language, art, misdirection, pretexting, emotional hijacking, rapport. What is Smart Growth? According to Rosa Koire at Democrats against UN Agenda 21.com: “Redevelopment is a tool used to further the Agenda 21 vision of remaking America's cities. With redevelopment, cities have the right to take property by eminent domain---against the will of the property owner, and give it or sell it to a private developer. By declaring an area of town 'blighted' (and in some cities over 90% of the city area has been declared blighted) the property taxes in that area can be diverted away from the General Fund. This constriction of available funds is impoverishing the cities, forcing them to offer less and less services, and reducing your standard of living.  They'll be telling you that ...

Lawsuit Alleges Racial Bias in HUD Note Sale Program

Reposting from nationalmortgageprofessional.com The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is the subject of a class action lawsuit that claims its Note Sale Program has created a disproportionately discriminatory impact on New York City’s African-American homeowners. The lawsuit, which was filed last week by MFY Legal Services Inc. and Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP, alleges that HUD sold approximately 1,000 delinquent Federal Housing Agency (FHA) mortgages in New York City to private investors without informing the homeowners and without alerting these homeowners that they would no longer have the basic due process protections of an FHA mortgage. The lawsuit cites cases of mortgages being sold even as the homeowner was in the process of receiving a loan modification. The lawsuit also presents data that determined the mortgages being sold off in HUD’s Note Sale Program were primarily on residences in predominantly African-American neighborhoods, particularly southeast Queens and east ...

Restructuring HUD

“A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government …” (Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, 1801). From the days of the Progressives in the late 19th century until today, the march of failed ungodly socialism as a government concept continues unopposed in any meaningful manner. The History of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is a perfect example. Beginning in 1892 when Congress appropriated $20,000 for the Secretary of Labor to “study slums” in American cities through the Public Works Administration of Franklin Roosevelt which Hamilton Fish (R-NY) rightly called “a concrete example of the socialistic tendencies of the New Deal,” the American experiment in freedom is foundering because of government ...
