Requirements for booking an APC speaker:
- Speaking fee – $250 per event
- All travel expenses must be covered – air travel or gas (if close enough to drive), hotel cost
- Sponsoring group must provide pick up and transportation to and from the airport, to the hotel, and to and from the event
- Provide a table for book sales
- Supply microphone and podium
