It’s time to get very serious about stopping the forces of tyranny.There is no tomorrow.

That’s why today I am preparing a plan for the strongest action ever taken to stop Agenda 21. 

But I need your help to make it work.

Enclosed with this letter, is a “Stop Agenda 21 Proposed Budget.”

This is a major push forward for APC in the battle to stop Agenda 21, and I need you to look it over and sign your approval to it.

Let me explain this vital project.

Across the nation, individuals and local activists have been working to stop the ravages of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. And we have won some astounding victories.

We’ve made Agenda 21 a major issue.

But we are vastly outgunned by the Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are pushing this agenda from the UN all the way to your city council.

They are flooding state capitals with lobbyists, money, and a flood of issue documents. They are rich, powerful and well organized.

We aren’t. We are a rag tag band of dedicated activists with passion for the cause of freedom and little else.

That has got to change.  

Our activists need the tools necessary to win.

That’s just what my “Stop Agenda 21” project is designed to provide.

Here are the details:

First, it calls for a national conference.

But this will not be an ordinary conference where attendees just sit and listen to speakers. I’ve put on 11 national conferences like that over the years. And they served their purpose. We educated people about Agenda 21 and some of today’s best activists in the battle learned from our conferences.Now, it’s time to move on to the next step.

This new APC national conference will bring together many of the elected officials I have been working with over the past two years. Their attendance at the conference will assure they are thoroughly educated in every detail of Agenda 21 and how it damages our way of life.

The legislators, county commissioners and city councilmen will meet in special sessions for two specific purposes:

1. To create language for legislation to effectively stop Sustainable Development programs. That language will then be provided to legislators in every state.

Many of the bills that have been passed to date against Agenda 21 (including Alabama’s historic legislation) are basically toothless because they lack certain necessary language. Passing bills without that language will only give us a hollow victory and will not stop Agenda 21. My sole purpose is to stop it. 

2. To create a communications network to keep them all informed of the latest developments on Agenda 21, including reporting on the latest schemes by the American Planning Association (APA) and the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).

In addition to the elected officials in attendance, the national conference will also reach out to young people who need to understand this threat to their future. There will, of course, also be a strong representation of activists and leaders who will meet in their own sessions to organize local campaigns, learn new methods for fighting back, and prepare to elect more of our people to public office.

Now, you may think that budgeting $125,000 for such a conference is a lot. It is. But, with those funds we will be able to promote it far and wide to reach the largest possible number of patriots as possible, (something that we have never been able to do in the past).

In addition, the funds will allow me to help provide assistance to some who might not otherwise be able to attend – including students.

Second, an Agenda 21 booklet to every elected official in the nation.

APC will produce a special booklet detailing Agenda 21 and its threat. That booklet will be specifically designed for elected officials and will be sent to every member of Congress, every state’s Governor, every member of the 50 state legislatures, and every city councilman and county commissioner in the nation.

No more will they be able to say they have never heard of Agenda 21!

Third, Field Coordinators in every corner of the nation

This will be four trained leaders who will travel the nation helping local organizers in their fights against Agenda 21. They will bring in materials and  show local activists how to document and research their own situations. And they will work with the local news media to assure coverage.

Lack of such Field Coordinators has been a major reason why our movement hasn’t been as effective as we could be. Too many times local activists have hurt their own efforts by lack of understanding or knowledge of the policies they face. Now we can turn our local activists into an effective winning machine.

The $250,000 expense is enough to keep four such Field Coordinators on the front lines for a full year. That will make a huge difference!

Fourth, Research

Today, as I write my articles and special reports on Agenda 21, I have to spend considerable time finding the details or rely on someone else’s information. This can be a major problem. Sometimes that shared information isn’t accurate. Other times, I am left unaware of major developments.

That needs to change if APC is to stay at the head of the pack. Nothing hurts our cause more than to produce wrong information. I need at least two dedicated, unrelenting snoopsters to dig deep and get me details that will set this issue on fire. It’s there. I just have to find it!

Fifth, Media Consultant/Coordinator

How many times have I been asked – why aren’t you on national news shows? Why aren’t you being interviewed by the big boys?

The fact is, it’s nearly impossible for me as a spokesman to get on any of these shows without the help of a professional media consultant. I’ve been on a few, which proves I belong there. But for the most part, you just don’t get there unless you have a professional media consultant.

Frankly, I think I’ve done a pretty good job on my own over the years, but, if we are going to get Agenda 21 in front of every American, then we have to step up that effort with a professional. The time has come.            

Altogether, that’s a budget of $500,000.

That will be an atom bomb in our war against Agenda 21.

No group has ever dedicated that amount specifically to this fight. 

So, there you have it. These are the tools I fully believe we need to start winning the fight to stop Agenda 21 and restore our property rights and individual freedoms.

I’ve been in this fight for a long time. I have seen defeat because we lack these tools. I have talked with frustrated activists who have begged me to supply them with some of these things.

I know what it takes to win. And I assure you there is a specific purpose for every single item I have placed on this budget.

I need to know I have your support because once I have it I am going to start a major campaign to raise these funds. APC has never had that much money to operate with. It will take a major effort to raise it.

It will require that I travel across the nation to meet with potential donors.

I will need to reach out for funds from people who have never supported me before.  It will be a long, grueling effort – and it needs to be done in a very short period of time so we can get started with this Stop Agenda 21 project.

But I believe we are so very close to victory in this fight.

The past two years have been noting shore of amazing to me as I’ve watched us achieve some incredible victories.

More than 150 cities have now left membership in the UN’s front group – ICLEI.

At least seven state legislatures have passed some form of legislation against Agenda 21 or its policy of Sustainable Development.

I am now working with legislators and county commissioners in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Virginia, New Hampshire, and Georgia – all preparing anti-Agenda 21 language.

We are making progress. But to win it, we need a huge thrust forward.

I need to put troops in the field.

I need to be in front of the national media.

I need to help coordinate the efforts of elected officials and activists into a mighty fist.

These are the things that this Stop Agenda 21 Proposed Budget is intended to do.              

Will you help me?

Remember, APC receives no grants from large foundations or corporations. I have chosen not to seek such funds because they usually come with strings attached to dictate how the money is to be spent.

I choose to remain as independent as possible because that keeps APC free to fight any battle we believe is important for American freedom, no matter who is on the other side.

And as a matter of fact, had I been taking corporate funding over the last several years – APC would not have been able to fight Sustainable Development and Agenda 21 because large corporations are the major force behind Agenda 21. They would have stopped me!  

So, I must raise this money on my own, through individual contributions from generous supporters like you.

Moreover, this budget is for a special effort by APC – over and above our regular programs, including producing The DeWeese Report, and my regular traveling and speaking.

So, will you help me by digging down deeper than you ever have before to contribute to this special effort to defeat Agenda 21?

To produce a national conference takes months of preparation. I need to start now just to get this underway by May. Every day I delay pushes it back that much further.

Our activists need these field coordinators. It will take time to find, hire and train them before they are effective.
